Crispy Castor Troy2Foodies, have you tried Twisted Spur Brewing’s new beast BURGER yet? It is HUGE and pairs well with friends!! You have to give it a try! The Crispy Castor Troy Burger is so good it will take your face….off!

 

The two 10 ounce patties are made using in house ground Myer’s filet, Strip, and ribeye as well as Duroc Farms applewood pork belly. There are 4 slices of Cheddar, 4 ounces of beer cheese, 4 slices habanero pepper jack, 8 slices of thick cut peppered bacon, two over medium eggs, heirloom tomato jam, peach and jalapeño slaw, 4 beer battered onion rings, and lettuce, between four brioche buns, topped with two beer battered fried pickle spears.
