Veteran’s Day at Bonefish Grill & Carrabba’s

This Veterans Day, we honor and thank the brave for all they do. It’s cool that both these restaurants are offering Vets a “thank you”.

On Monday, November 11, Bonefish Grill is providing a complimentary appetizer such as Mussels Josephine, Calamari, Imperial Dip and the famous Bang Bang Shrimp® (large portion of tuna sashimi not available) to all active and retired service members with a valid military ID. Wine Tasting at the Brewery

Si, mio amico… e vino. Swamp Cabbage Brewing Company has decided that it would like to serve the needs of all their customers, beer-drinkers and wine drinkers. So they are teaming up with Aleph Wines to bring you local wines and wines from around the world. But what kinds should they carry? Help them decide!

Sample 8 wines, served with charcuterie. Pick your favorite 4 and the wines with the most “I Love This” votes will be sold at Swamp Cabbage for the next 6 months. November Food Swap

Saturday November 16, 2019 10am – 12pm A food swap is just that… you show up with swap items which must be homemade, homegrown, or foraged by you. Think baked goods, jam, pickles, spreads, honey, vinegar, granola, pasta, fruits, vegetables, herbs, spices, homemade sausages, backyard eggs … you name it! Bring as little or as much as you like. You can bring a bunch of one thing or multiples of a few different things. The possibilities are endless! You must pre-register and show up promptly at 10am to participate! Newberry Wine Walk

Saturday November 16, 2019 3pm – 7pm Come to Historic Downtown Newberry for the Holiday Wine Walk on Saturday,November 16th from 3-7pm. Stop in at Community Hall (1207 Caldwell Street) for tickets and to receive your passport. An assortment of wines await you at local businesses. Get a taste of shopping in Historic Downtown Newberry! Fall Festival & Oyster Roast
