Columbia Craft

Now THIS is a craft brewery.  Columbia Craft, completing its first year in business on November 30th, will have brewed a total of 50 (FIFTY!) different beers! Columbia Craft glass with beer

In its first year! And on November 30th, they will be releasing several imperial barrel-aged stouts to celebrate! in addition, they’ll be releasing a two new Sour Ales – Peach Coconut Sour Adle and Black Currant Sour Ale. They’ll also be releasing a Hazy Sour IPA that they did in a collaboration with True North Ales of Ipswich, Massachusetts. (The brewers from True North came down to Columbia Craft).  Also coming down the pike are a New Brut IPA with Grapefruit and Passionfruit as well as a Barley Wine.  So there are lots of reasons to treat yourself to a visit to this very cool brewery, located right off Huger Street in the Vista. New Beer Releases are Citrus All Pro (Saccharomyces), Hazy DDH IPA, and Jean Claude Van Dayumm.
