2018 is the Okra Strut Festival’s 45th year! The 2-day event includes live bands, lots of food, amusement rides, bounce houses, an okra eating contest, parade and fun all weekend! Now in its 11th year, the Palmetto Peanut Boil is annual outdoor festival drawing thousands of attendees from all over the Midlands! Highlighting the best of the best cooks and recipes in SC, the Peanut Boil competition features over 20 teams vying for the honor of the championship trophy and bragging rights for another year.
