The St. Katherine’s Philoptochos Ladies group will hold this year’s event from 10am – 3pm at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Cathedral (1931 Sumter Street). The menu includes delectable Greek dishes like Chicken Souvlaki, Pastitsio, Greek Salad, Orzo, Spanakopita and Tiropita! Additional offerings include Easter Bread, Easter Baskets, Pastries (Baklava, Koulourakia, Kourambiedes, Flogeres, Finikia, etc.), cookies, cakes, dressings and spices. You can also order frozen pans of Spanakopita, Tiropita and Pastitsio to bake at home, or you can order dinner ahead and pick it up between 4-6pm (call ahead: 803-461-0249). The St. Katherine’s Philoptochos Society is a dedicated group of women who are members of the The Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Cathedral of Columbia.
